Dress for warmth, don't wear pretty shoes, bring a folding chair if you can't stand for 90 minutes. The freeway will protect us from the rain, but not the cold. Also the site is a homeless residence, consider bringing warm clothes or blankets for the residents.
$15-25 sliding scale, no one turned away, CASH only in the street.
